Gardening Green Picnic
There isn’t a single blueprint or guidebook to planning an event from scratch. At Bright Ideas, sometimes the idea comes to us as a whole theme, the big picture, and we creatively fill in each frame. Other times, a single activity, or ‘tree,’ is our starting block and the whole ‘forest’ gets planted around that concept. That’s how A Gardening Green Picnic was born.
A Ground Breaking Event
Bright Ideas Events was hired to produce this Ground Breaking Event in New Westminster, British Columbia. Local VIP’s and dignitaries gathered for a first-hand look at a new development in New Westminster, BC. Guests were shuttled to a celebration event at the Fraser River Discovery Centre.
Five Decades of Fun
After 50 years of operation, the client for this event (a private country club) had a lot of history to share. But many of its members weren’t born when the club opened. Giving them a walk down memory lane, without it turning into a boring history lesson, was the goal for this fiftieth anniversary celebration.
An Imperial Visit
In the past, we’ve told you a lot about our Corporate Events. Client Appreciations, Annual Staff Awards, Grand Openings, Fundraising Galas, and the like. But in addition to these customized events, we have also been entrusted with the official Welcoming Ceremony of some of the world’s most adored dignitaries, even royalty!
Royal ‘High Tea’ Event
“High Tea at Ascot” was a day fit for Kings and Queens. Guests arrived dressed in their best High Tea attire and were given a Racing Program for the Main Event. Even the small children were dressed in themed outfits.
International Events in Vancouver
Bright Ideas Events was responsible for the management of this Global Software Conference at the Marriott Pinnacle Hotel in downtown Vancouver. The Conference ended with an Awards Dinner.
